Melangers purchased and delivered to customers in Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Mexico and Canada or any other country are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. A store receipt or any other proof of purchase must be available to avail the warranty. Products out of warranty or purchased outside of the United States can be serviced at a minimal charge. The warranty is limited to provision of free replacement parts or cost of goods purchased. No other warranty is expressly implied. No international warranty. Warranty is limited to provision of free spares for one year from date of purchase. Lifetime technical support over email and phone is guaranteed..

For all international shipment, our price is normally limited to cost of goods and transportation upto the first landing point in the destination country. Any local taxes, fees, duties etc.. imposed by the local governments or agencies are extra and to be borne by the customer.

- Each country has a different electrical plug standard and we are unable to provide the correct plug for every country. Therefore, your product will be delivered with a plug style suited to work either in India, UK or USA. You may have to have a trained electrician to get the plugs replaced to your style.
- We reserve the right to forward your order to any of our distributors/dealers closest to you and based on stock availability of the models. All sales are subject to our terms and conditions and disclaimers!
- External damages must be reported on bill of lading at time of delivery. Internal damages if any must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

A few notes about the Spectra Melangers that go to non-USA addresses. Spectra has informed up they are NOT covered under warranty due to the high cost of shipping and support. I don't like this, but it is the way it is.Here is the direct quote from Spectra1) All International orders for Europe, Australia and USA that are shipped from INDIA directly will be only via DHL or FEDEX. This is to ensure quality of handling by the transport agency, timeliness ,insurance coverage reliability. We will no longership by Airline Cargo as was the practice until now.Shipping costs a fortune and several times the actual cost of thegoods, but the silver lining is that it is door delivery.2) There is NO WARRANTY on any units shipped directly from India. Spectra, Santha or SanthaUSA's support will be limited to provision of free spares and shipping in case of manufacturing defects withinthe first 60 days. In case of damages during transit, then, the customer will be reimbursed the full amount as received from the carrier, regardless of whether it is more or less than the billed amount.
