The drum is made from AISI 304 food-grade stainless steel with a black granite grinding stone permanently fixed to the base. The drum detaches easily for cleaning and can double as a storage vessel for finished chocolate. Redesigned leak-proof construction. Volume: 8 liters, capacity up to 10 lbs (4.5 kg).
