We partnered with Ozturk to optimize their coffee roaster for cocoa—adapting drum speed, airflow, and temperature sensor placement for ideal cocoa roasting. Each roaster is custom built (8–12 weeks lead), shipped worldwide (port/ocean shipping included; customs & door delivery optional). On-site assembly help is available.
